Safety and Compliance First

We're a Marsden Company!

What does it mean to be a Marsden company? Well, it means that we are part of one of America’s largest privately-held commercial cleaning and security firms. Supporting 25 distinct brands under one umbrella is unique in our industry. But we think it is a better way to serve our thousands of clients.

National Scope

We have five regional headquarters throughout the United States. Our Western Region with several firms services over 300,000,0000 square feet with over 1000 employees and managers who live in the communities we serve.

Local Dedication

We self-perform an astonishing 97% of our business. When we bring new companies into our family we keep their local offices and maintain human resources and recruiting in the community, which allows us to invest in our clients – by really being there. We believe our clients want the hometown team, but also want deep and meaningful support from a sophisticated partner.

Great Resources

One of the benefits of being a part of a firm like Marsden is that we can share resources from all of companies, producing exciting new content. You can listen to our new Building Intelligence Podcast©, find a library of white papers, and follow our blog. All of it is available at our brand new website at www.marsden.com. And check out our new social media presence!

The products we use are produced by major manufacturers, such as 3M and Johnson, who have a commitment to maintaining high standards in both environmental responsibility and user safety.

Marsden strives to operate with maximum safety. No phase of our Operation or Administration is more important than safety and accident prevention. Our goal is to eliminate injuries and to avoid customer and company property damage.

Marsden’s full-time Safety Director ensures that we are in compliance with all state and federal regulatory requirements at all times. Our Safety Director is also available to work individually with the team at your facility to develop site-specific safety programs.

Safety is achieved by:

  • Mandatory Safety First Training
  • Clear MSDS Procedures
  • MSDS Training
  • Safe Products
  • Proper Product Use Training
  • Product Disposal Procedures
  • Work Place Accident and Injury Reduction Program

Our commitment to properly trained, safety-conscious associates will provide you with cleaner facilities. Our commitment to safety also helps us keep our operating expenses as competitive as possible.

Work Safe. Work Smart.
